Jane provides a wide range of psychotherapy services, with a specialisation in addressing trauma-related issues such as PTSD, Complex PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Family Violence, and Sexual Trauma. Jane's qualifications include MSW, B Couns, Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, Specialist Victim Services Counsellor (Tier 2), Accredited EMDR Practitioner (EMDRAA), Relational Integrated EMDR practitioner (RI-EMDR) and Resource Therapist (Advanced Ego States and parts work). She is a professional member of EMDRAA and the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) #457082. This accreditation and membership indicate her commitment to adhering to professional standards and ethics in her practice.
Clients have the flexibility to choose between in-person and Telehealth online appointments, making it convenient for individuals to access her services from the comfort of their own homes. Additionally, Jane offers a Medicare rebate, which can help offset the cost of counselling and psychotherapy for eligible clients.
